Reservations
Procedure
• Booking requests can be made via the Bookings Request Form to be
found in this website or through e-mail or fax.
• Our reservations staff
will respond to your requests within 24 hours under normal circumstances.
• Payments should be made
in advance through Credit Card or Telegraphic Transfer. In case of
Telegraphic Transfer, the remittance details given in our Pro-forma
Invoice should be followed.
• All bank charges outside
Maldives should be borne by the Client.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations made 07 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of whole
duration.
Cancellations made 03 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of whole
duration.
Cancellations made 01 day prior to the arrival date: 100% of whole
duration.
No-Shows and early departures: 100% of whole duration.
All cancellations must be communicated via fax or e-mail.
