Medhufushi Island Resort is located in the unspoiled Meemu Atoll and is a 40-minute fly by seaplane. The island is approximately 900 meters long and 200 meters wide and has soft white sand all over the island.

Medhufushi offer guests the highest standard of service and accommodation. Crafted in traditional Maldivian style, with thatched roof villas and elegantly designed rooms of natural timber, the accommodation blends well with the natural environment. In design and construction every effort has been made to preserve the natural beauty on land and sea.

105 thatched roof villas are scattered discreetly around the island, some built partly over the crystal water of the lagoon. All rooms are with: air-conditioning ceiling fan heated desalinated water in the bathroom 44 Beach Villas have king size or twin beds sofa hairdryer satellite TV direct dial telephone timber deck part open-air bathroom with WC bathtub and outdoor showers 8 Beach Villas Suites have: 2 bedrooms one king size bed and two twin beds sitting area Maldivian swing porch part open-air bathroom Family villas are available, with adjoining rooms. Detached Water Villas and Water Villa Suites are also available and are built on stilts over the lagoon. For complete privacy, Honeymoon Water Villas are available and are built on stilts without a jetty and are accessed by a small boat (dingy) that is at the guests disposal at all times.
